1. The goal of the EUSAM is to promote the breeding of a miniature horse with a healty constitution and a functional, correct exterior like described in the rulebook of the AMHA.
2. The EUSAM tries to achieve that goal by;

•  to inscribe AMHA stallions and mares and their descendants in the bound for registers.

•  The keeping of a studbook administration for the members and register all data of all the animals.

•  To promote the breeding off the American miniature horses by expert advice and the trade of animals and the exchange of stallions.

•  To give advice and information and to stimulate exams and promoting the breed.

•  To give demonstrations and distribute the writings of the horse breeding, national and international, and all other legal methods, necessary for the purpose of our studbook to increase are also admitted.
